To all those in support of my son:
Everyone knows I'm a woman of MANY words; however, when I reflect on the outpouring love and support shown to my baby I am left utterly speechless!!!! Since he was 6 years old, I've known that he was created for greatness! I would tell him often, but once puberty hit, listening to Mom just wasn't the coolest thing. Needless to say, I felt like my words fell on deaf ears. But OH BOY, has the world confirmed my words OVER AND OVER to my boy!!!!! The emails, Facebook messages and Tweets I have received over the last few weeks have been exhilarating, mind blowing and electrifying ALL AT ONCE!!!! The Rogers' Family has confirmed and RE-confirmed what I've known all along; for that I say a hearty "thank YOU"!
My heart is overwhelmed with love for my new family members. YOU all have encouraged, lifted me up and affirmed ME in more ways than you'll EVER know! Not only have you shared your love an appreciation to me about my son BUT you've gone the EXTRA distance displaying your admiration and respect for ME!!! Wow! I feel like I'm America's new Mama and I LIKE IT!! You re-tweet my words of life, you inbox me YOUR words of life and some of you have even protected me against "would be haters"!
"I LOVE YOU" is not even a strong enough phrase for the feelings I possess for you ALL! Daily I pray for you, lift you up and speak with YOU all in mind on Mama D's Words of Life page!
